Noise insulation is poor, with conversations audible from the lobby, particularly if you're on the first floor. The mattress firmness is a recurring complaint, making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep for some. limited electrical outlets make charging multiple devices a hassle. The size of some showers is cramped, diminishing the bathing experience. A few guests felt the breakfast offerings were inconsistent, especially when the dining area was busy.

the rivoli was a delightful stay with spacious, clean rooms. the breakfast was fantastic, and we appreciated the early meal offered before our tours. its location made it easy to explore and enjoy the charming church bells at 7 in the morning. staff suggestions for places to eat were spot on, like the gluten-free pizza around the corner.

Our Suite, Attic was spacious and had a beautiful view. The lift made access easy. There was a kitchenette with kitchenware and a dining area. The air conditioning kept us cool. Loved the private bathroom and free toiletries. The breakfast was excellent each morning. Super close to everything in town.
